Will-Skill at Work: A Participatory Seminar for Executives, Managers, & Employees

Partnership Engineering provides unique management development seminars to diagnose, target, and immediately improve employee decision making skills. Instructor teaches participants how to harness their split second decisions to amplify impact. Executives learn techniques that perpetuate respect and motivation while project managers learn to integrate leadership traits with their technical skill to support business goals.

Partnership Engineering Founder
Casey Sugarman has been gathering unique experiences as an animal behaviorist for many years. Sugarman spent 10 years in exotic animal case management as veterinary biologist at Boston's New England Aquarium and was co-designer of the Aquarium's Medical Center Interactive Veterinary Hospital Exhibit. Sugarman has translated animal intense experience into applications for improving human social dynamics. Experiential learning models that apply to all species from octopus to human led Sugarman to develop Will Skill, an applied choice-modification skill set curriculum. Will Skill has applications in human education and training, medical case management, physical and psychological rehabilitation, and business learning. Sugarman teaches the Will Skill method of communication to trainers, educators, coaches, associations, and companies. Sugarman earned her degree in Biology and Philosophy from Boston University and lives in Milton, Massachusetts.
