Project Design

Partnership Engineering Projects make efficient use of time, combining inspired employee development with inspiredemployee-team volunteering. Employees can even be learning from their work in the community while they are still "at work". PE's Will-Skill program brings an environment of incentive, clarity, and team based motivation to your Employee Volunteer Program (EVP).

Your PE Project begins with Partnership Engineering's "Employee Interest Survey & Skills Analysis" where the interests and general pulse of an entire employee base is revealed and quantified. The priorities of companies, employees, their families, civic leaders, issue experts, and current events are considered to build a dynamic employee project. Employees are empowered, activated, and then drawn toward participation, as their good ideas come to life.

Project Construction

During implementation, participants will find that the path is even more rewarding than the goal because Partnership Engineering's methods in Will-Skill direct every phase of program design and implementation.

A nonprofit organization in the selected area of impact will be called in to play a solely beneficiary role. Partnership Engineering facilitates all communications between corporations and beneficiary organizations to ensure meaningful and purposeful outcome. Projects are built for easy scalability and replication later on.

Project Completion

Whether in the corporate board room, on the assembly line, or on the internet, Partnership Engineering staff will be there in person to help the team focus on the target and have an engaging and applicable learning experience.

PE builds middle management support, employee interest, and protocols for efficient use of employee time. PE customizes all necessary tracking materials for continual metrics when necessary.

As with any business model, awareness of an exit strategy plays a key role at the beginning of any endeavor. Exit design and completion processes are facilitated by PE.
